Terms of use
These terms govern your use of wbtechsystems.org. They are not the terms on which we supply services — those are set out in the separate written agreement signed with each client.

1. Who publishes this site
This website is operated by WB TECH SYSTEMS LTD, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 16177605, whose registered office is 408 New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent, England ME20 6SA. You can reach us at support@wbtechsystems.org.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The site is information, not an offer
The content here describes the kinds of work we do and how we normally do it. It is published for general information and does not constitute a contractual offer, professional advice for your specific circumstances, or a warranty that any particular service, plan or coverage area will be available to you.
Service descriptions, plan inclusions, response targets and coverage areas are indicative. What we are actually obliged to deliver to a client is only ever what is written into that client's signed services agreement. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.
3. No pricing published
We do not publish prices on this site. Any figure we give you is provided in a written proposal, is valid for the period stated in that proposal, and is subject to the assumptions and exclusions it records.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Company information reproduced here is taken from our filings at Companies House; the public register is the authoritative source.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, design, graphics, code, the WB Tech Systems name and logo — is owned by or licensed to WB TECH SYSTEMS LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal or personal reference. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or systematically copy any part of it, use it for a commercial purpose, or remove any copyright or proprietary notice, without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or conduct any denial-of-service or load-generating attack;
- scrape, harvest or mine content or contact details by automated means without permission;
- use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site, please report it in confidence to support@wbtechsystems.org and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that follows that principle.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website, it is for convenience and does not imply endorsement. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association that does not exist. You may not frame our site on another website without our permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into your use of this site, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content.
Liability arising from our supply of services to a client is dealt with in that client's services agreement, not here.
9. Communications by email
Email is not a secure medium. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive credentials to us by email. Where sensitive information genuinely needs to be exchanged, ask us and we will provide a secure method.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site, so please check it periodically. The date below records the most recent revision.
11. Governing law
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them.
