Home/About
WB TECH SYSTEMS LTD was incorporated in England and Wales on 11 January 2025 and operates from Larkfield, on the edge of Aylesford in Kent. We do one thing: look after the technology that other organisations rely on to trade, teach, treat and deliver.
Not because an engineer lacked skill, but because nobody wrote anything down. The person who set up the firewall moved on. The backup console stopped being checked. The licence renewal arrived on the wrong inbox. Three suppliers each assumed the other one owned the problem.
WB Tech Systems was set up on the opposite premise: that reliability is mostly administration done consistently. Monitor everything. Document everything. Test the recovery before you need it. Answer the phone. There is nothing clever about any of it, which is precisely why so few providers do it every single month.
We are deliberately a small operation, and we say so plainly. It means the person who audits your estate is the person who supports it, and the director is reachable rather than three escalation tiers away. It also means we take on a limited number of managed clients at a time — we would rather turn work down than dilute the cover we have already promised.
As filed with Companies House.
SIC 62090 — other information technology service activities. Registered office: 408 New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent, England ME20 6SA.
These are the rules we set at incorporation. They cost us margin in places, and we keep them anyway, because a support relationship that is not trusted is not worth having.
Domains, tenants, licences and support contracts are registered to your organisation. We hold administrative access, never ownership.
If you leave, you leave with the full pack — topology, credentials handover, asset register, supplier list. No documentation held hostage.
We tell you what a device costs and what we add, or you buy direct and we still specify, build and support it.
If a backup failed, a project slipped or we made the wrong call, you hear it from us that day rather than in a monthly report.
Time spent fixing something we broke, or preventing something we were already paid to prevent, is never on the invoice.
We only take on what we can cover to the response targets we have promised. Growth waits for the engineer, not the other way round.
Onsite attendance and remote coverage.
Larkfield sits between Maidstone and the M20, which puts most of Kent, Medway and the southern edge of London within a comfortable drive. That matters on the days when a problem is physical — a failed switch, a flooded comms cupboard, a new office with no cabling.
Everything else we do remotely, and we would rather do it remotely, because a remote session starts in minutes rather than hours. Organisations with fully cloud-based systems and distributed staff are supported anywhere in the UK on exactly the same response targets.
Everything stated about the company on this website comes from our public filings at Companies House: the registered name, company number, incorporation date, registered office, SIC code and appointed director.
Personal details that sit behind those filings — dates of birth, nationality, residential information and shareholding particulars — are deliberately not reproduced here, even where a redacted version appears on the public register. Service targets, plan inclusions and coverage areas describe how we work and are contractually confirmed in the agreement you sign, not on a web page.
